Monthly Service Fees and Charges
Residential Water Rates
Facilities Charge for ¾” & 1” meters - $46.05
Water Consumption Fee - $1.50 per HCF for water consumption
Billed in 100 Cubic Feet (HCF) (Approximately 750 gallons)
Sewer Charges
Flat Rate of - $51.64 per month
Trash Service (Refuse)
Trash service includes (1) Green or black for general trash and (1) Blue for recyclables (customers may request an additional blue barrel for recycling at no extra cost.
Residential - $24.34
Condo Rate - $31.60 (this rate applies to customers who do not “opt-in” for the ESFR fee that is added to the property tax bill)
Duplex - $46.68
Extra Trash Barrel - $8.79 per month
Extra Recycling - $1.72 per month

Terms of Payment/Late Fees/ Past Due/ Delinquent Bills
Bills are mailed the 1st week of the month. Customers should receive their bill by the 10th.
Due Date
Current charges are due upon receipt and are delinquent if not paid by the last business day of the month.
Late Fees
Late charges are applied the 1st business day of the month.
Deposit Information
Deposits are equal to three times the average monthly bill
Demands
