New Owner

The Application for Water Service may only be completed by the legal recorded property owner(s) or designee.

The following items must be uploaded at the time of application and will be required before the service can be transferred.

• Final Escrow Closing Statement (first page) or copy of Recorded Grant Deed​
• Copy of owner(s) driver’s license
• Optional – To waive deposit, customers can provide a letter of credit from current or previous water company showing no late payments within the last 12 months. Customers may also come into the office to do a credit check ($5 fee)

Real Estate Agents with a property management agreement can complete the owner application, however, a current management agreement must be on file with the District.
